How do I choose my princess?
Choose a design from the available options under “Choose Your Princess.” Your selection identifies the artwork for that projector; it does not include every design.
What does the projector show?
The compact projector displays your chosen princess artwork on the ground beside your open car door. The artwork is a projected image, not an animation or a hologram.
How long does shipping take?
Under the current shipping policy, tracked delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, customs, weather, and peak periods may take longer.
Can I return my order?
Under the current refund policy, change-of-mind returns are not offered. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact customer care within 14 days with photos so it can be assessed for a replacement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
